This was a list of users that it seemed the Owner team and what looked to be a partial amount of the staff team who were in the know had decided were good to join their roleplay.
Durring the community meeting that lead to the downfall of the Insiniares under it's current owners Star and ShatteredCafe when confronted by the players, they claimed it was a list of who they think would say yes, maybe, and no. This was met with skepticism as it would make no logical sense to write a list based on the assumptions of people in this severity.
It is believed with knowledge leading from multiple sources reaching out to us and our investigation in the issue, it is more likely that this was a true list discussing who would be allowed to join, and who would not be allowed to join. There has been given proof of malice used to write this list and confrontation during the community meeting only for it to be blown off by Shattered Cafe.
